Welcome to Interflow CRM, a white-labeled version of Go High Level ("the Platform"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before subscribing.

1. Services Offered
Interflow CRM provides tools for:

Client management and contact consolidation

Marketing automation
-
Reports and analytics
-
Social media planning
-
Sales pipelines and funnels
-
Calendar management
-
Project management

These services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

Interflow CRM offers both monthly and annual subscription plans.

Payment is required upfront for the subscription period. A valid credit card must be kept on file.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will terminate access to the platform at the end of the current billing cycle.

If payment is not received, access to the platform will be removed until the subscription is reinstated.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their customers’ data and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA or other privacy laws.

Users must upload and manage their own data. Interflow CRM is not liable for data breaches, misuse, or loss resulting from user error or negligence.

4. Liability and Warranties

Interflow CRM operates as a white-labeled version of the Go High Level platform, and platform maintenance and updates are managed by Go High Level.

Interflow CRM makes no guarantees regarding the performance, availability, or functionality of the platform. Issues resulting from platform updates or outages fall under Go High Level's terms of service.

5. Data Ownership

Users retain full ownership of all data they upload to the platform. Interflow CRM does not claim rights to this data and will not access, share, or use it except as required for technical support or compliance with applicable laws.

6. Account Termination and Transfers

Non-payment will result in account suspension; however, user data will not be deleted and will remain intact for 30 days post-suspension.

Users may transfer their account and data to another marketing agency with 30 days’ written notice.

7. Platform Modifications

Interflow CRM reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or its services without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with Go High Level and uses Stripe as the payment gateway. Interflow CRM is not responsible for issues arising from these third-party services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Suffolk County, New York.
